		<description>We put in a system at work where you have to go through &quot;keyed&quot; entries out back to where all the employees are.  &quot;Keyed&quot; as in biometric type swipe cards. If you leave, retire or lose it the card is deactivated immediately. If someone uses a weapon to force the receptionist to open the door out of the lobby, they are trapped in a hallway, no way out.  It&#039;s a pain for getting around but I&#039;m glad it&#039;s there.</description>
