Kevin Baker’s beer bread recipe is made of awesome and win. I baked up a few small loaves with some Leinenkugel’s Red Lager and the batch may very well not last until morning.

  1. Glad you liked it. I made a loaf last night myself, using regular flour, baking powder and salt. It turned out OK, but I don’t think I got the other ingredients mixed through the flour quite well enough to duplicate self-rising flour. Still, pretty tasty!
