Spent most of my weekend at Penguicon, my first-ever scifi/tech convention. Had a generally good time, sat in on some interesting discussion panels, and got to meet a handful of geek-celebs, including John Scalzi, Eric S. Raymond, Michael Z. Williamson and Tron Guy.

Still, my overwhelming impression of the weekend was, “wow, this is way too much social interaction for me.”
