This is why I tip heavy.

Squeaky mentioned that I now have my very own roll at my local sushi bar. Here it is, in all its decadent glory:

The rundown: shrimp tempura, masago, spicy tuna, unagi, scallions, sesame seeds, eel sauce and Japanese mayo. Sweet, spicy, savory, crunchy, and all-around awesome.

Dammit, now I’m hungry for one…

  1. Wow what a production. Way back when I was on this awful lofat diet I took a bit of confort in the fact that at least eat most sushi, not this of course.

    Anything with eel = awesome I see you have both eel and eel sauce in there so x2.
