He’s a sharp guy and I’m sure he’ll take good care of you. Plus “free” is a whole lot cheaper than the $70/hr you could expect to pay a pro for this kind of help.

Seriously though, having your own site with WordPress or Moveable Type beats the hell out of Blogger. Initial setup can be a bit of a chore if you’re not tech-savvy, but that’s where Standard Mischief’s help comes in. Once everything is up and running you’re golden.

After four years, I think I’d better do it. And I DO like my privacy.
But…since I haven’t been dirtriding much lately maybe a new name is in order, and that takes time - choosing/deciding on the brand… GunCrashr? I havn’t blowed any up and sure the hell hope not to!
