Long-Range Optics

Good piece in this month’s American Rifleman on choosing scopes for long-range shooting.  It’s excerpted from a longer article by Ross Seyfried on building .22 centerfires for half-mile target work.

I’d like to try that kind of shooting someday, but in my part of the country it’s not easy to find 300-yard target ranges, let alone 1,000 yards.
