It's a bit light on the history, as I recall, but it was originally the Frazier *Arms* Museum, and it doesn't look as though their focus has changed with the name. Can't remember their name, and I'm not working downtown these days. Not sure what their hours are like, either. They stuck pretty exclusively to lunch and early afternoon when I was there. Shogun, on Hurstbourne Parkway, was good food-wise, but I wasn't impressed with their decor. Not far off Hurstbourne is Ichiban, which I haven't visited. Ichiban's got some sort of all-you-can-eat deal going for $25 in the evening. (You may find a Benihana's listed in Louisville, but I'm pretty sure they're defunct, replaced by Ichiban.)
