I've read a bunch of posts that claim this, but I didn't believe it. I have one of the old, non-ADB keyboards. So I pried off a keycap yesterday, and lo and behold, found an Alps keyswitch -- not a buckling spring. So I'm wondering if there were more than one kind of NeXT keyboard in the old, pre-ADB days.
