But I'd only had an hour of sleep, since I'd spent the night before closing down the bar, then eating greasy Perkins products until 0500. There's just something about having a hangover set in during drill in a nice hot Guard armory where you can't leave, there's good chance of an Article 15 if some one in charge notices the shape you're in, and the toilet you're hugging has had more ass that day than a whore house on payday.
